Guests of a hotel or other venue using Anana

The venue controls your data. Contact the venue directly, or email us at privacy@getanana.com and we will forward your request to the venue promptly and delete your data once the venue instructs us.

Anana app users

Anana controls your data. We verify your request, delete or irreversibly anonymize your data, and confirm by email within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests, Art. 12(3) GDPR).
